1956 The works is now called VEB Motorradwerk Zschopau, or MZ for short. MZ manufactured a line of 125 cc four-stroke motorcycles utilizing an engine that was designed in-house. The MZ one hundred twenty five produces 15 bhp and almost 10 lbft (14 Nm) of torque.
